The next retreat we are planning is April 11 to April 13, 2025 at Camp Lee. Transportation to camp will be provided by High School Leadership.

Donations are used to help students attend our annual event. Students do not pay to attend. Our team works diligently to raise fund every year. Thank you for your generosity!

The program is a 3 day, 2 night overnight retreat. In this weekend-long retreat, participants will attend fun and interactive workshops designed to create an environment for individuals to explore their personal style of leadership, share experiences and discuss the meaning of leadership.

There is NO charge for the students to attend. High School Leadership raises funds all year to ensure every student can attend at no charge.

About the Program

High School Leadership is a coaching and mentoring program intended to help students in their junior year of high school learn more about themselves an how to become leaders in their school, their community, and their life. The program is designed to facilitate students' understanding of group dynamics, communication, and personal integrity within the context of leadership.

The program is designed for Henderson High School in their junior year of High School. We do accept students outside of Henderson and a year higher or lower on a case by case basis.
